开僻论坛，早在数月前经已获得马篮总会长理事会的认可，尤其总会长拿督斯里张庆信本身，对官网论坛给予强而有力的支持。他说：“不要怕人家骂，我们可以从论坛里，听听各种不同的声音，吸取良好和有价值的建议，这对我们推动篮运才有帮助。”

官网论坛需要网友球迷的大力支持。在发言方面，尤其勿做人身攻击，讲事实、说根据、论道理，将能够得到网友球迷的认同与支持；官网论坛也严禁有碍瞻观的粗俗词句，以及毫无意义的“灌水”张贴，官网管理处将针对这些违禁，保留修正、删除或中止用户的权力。

网友球迷的张贴所触及的内容，如有必要，官网管理处将寻求个别小组或成员，给予正式回应。

Malaysia won their last game of the tournament to end this year's MIBC with a 4-1 record for a second-place finish, defeating the Philippines Pharex Bidang Generix team 91-79.

It was a good night for the Malaysian teams as both the men and women came back from behind to win their respective games. Our boys roared back from a deficit that was a large as 16 at one point to clinch their third win of the tournament, beating the Chosun University team 97-83.

The Malaysia Women's team managed to hold off the Singapore Home United Basketball Club in a nail-biting overtime thriller to win 73-68.

Our boys suffered their first defeat of the tournament against the Pure Youth Construction team. Coach Goh had commented the day before that our boys only had a 20% chance of victory.
